This course is to introduce various principles and concepts of management and their applications in influencing individual and group behaviour in an organisational setting. The course introduces basic management concepts, theories and models in effective management and decision making process. Particularly, it will review and discuss the basics of planning, organizing, controlling, interpersonal relations and leadership/management role for better understanding the managerial environment of today.
