About This Course

This course will enable the participants to understand the process of creating effective organizational processes and performance by using appropriate leadership styles, planning, decision making strategies, motivation and communication. This course will enable the educational leaders to be able to ensure high levels of productivity/performance from the people they supervise/guide and build capacity.
