Aim: The main objective of the subject is to make the students familiar with the basic concepts of different analytical techniques, their mechanism, their scopes and the application of different instruments. Prerequisite: Physical Pharmacy II

By the end of the course, students will be able to:2 * Define the basic concepts and scopes of analytical techniques. * Recall the advantages, disadvantages and applications of different pharmaceutical analytical procedures. * Explain principles of different pharmaceutical analytical procedures. * Solve mathematical problems involving different pharmaceutical analytical procedures. * Assess the quality control parameters of the pharmaceutical products.
